Once we have received the artwork, a proof will take approximately 1-2 business days to be drawn up. After the design work has been completed, signed and approved. The printing process will begin. This normally takes up to 3-4 working days, depending on how many rolls are ordered. The overall turnaround time is between 10-14 days.
Shade cloth is a traditional banner with little rigid strength and a less tensile application, whereas banner mesh products have significantly more structure and print with significantly more impact. Banner mesh can be reused; it often works out cheaper because you can apply it to various sites. Banner mesh can also be custom sized to your specifications, however, shade cloth is at standard lengths of 30m and 50m rolls.
Mesh Direct offers a 2-year warranty on banner mesh products, as long as they are used correctly. For shade cloth, it is estimated to last approximately 12 months if handled correctly. Environmental factors also play a big role here where it can influence the longevity of the banners and signs
