In May of 2019, the Toplace Group approached us regarding their extensive new site in Rosebury, where they're developing modern residential apartments with all the charming character and local flair of Sydney's south. Working with such established developers is always a privilege, and we pride ourselves on being their first port-of-call when it comes to grand format advertising to provide the site with our flame retardant PVC Vinyl banner mesh.

The Challenge

A site as large as Jolyn Place, in such a busy and cosmopolitan area, is the perfect canvas for a fabulous branding opportunity. Toplace looked to us to wrap their scaffold in eye-catching banner mesh, showcasing their brand and links to City of Sydney. Since we were dealing with a construction site, the product also had to comply with Australian Standards and meet all safety requirements.

The Product

Our flame retardant PVC Vinyl banner mesh is the perfect substrate for the occasion! As well as meeting all Government Regulations, it's highly durable, weather-resistant and smooth, making it the ideal substrate for bright, detailed designs.

We chose to print the banners with City of Sydney graphics, namely the Stone Jewels design by Fiona Currey (Darwin).

The Result

Vibrant against a dark background, the Toplace branding and City of Sydney graphics give you a glimpse of the exciting, fresh, modern and intentional lifestyle that awaits within. Our banners create mystery and interest, drawing passers-by into the Toplace story as Jolyn Place becomes a reality.
